SAMA – Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency – Swift Current Region

SAMA has been the assessment provider for several years as hired by the Town of Kindersley.  The property assessment values we provide are then used by the Town for taxation purposes.

Our appraisers have various levels of education, certificates and designations and have associations with different organizations.  Appraisers are members in good standing and have educational requirements from the Saskatchewan Assessment Appraisers Association (SAAA) for licensing and continuous education.  Our Ag appraisers are members of the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists (SIA) and follow the mandate as required.  Danielle is a member of the International Association of Assessment Officers (IAAO) which serves professionals working in property assessment and valuation.
