The BBB is a non-profit organization formed in SK. in 1981, that believes in self-regulation by businesses for business. Our vision is a marketplace where buyers and sellers trust each other.
We have a licensed accreditation program for businesses who wish to be more involved in promoting a trustworthy marketplace. Our Business Profiles rate all businesses in the same manner using a scale of A+ to F. Those who choose to voluntarily become part of the accredited business network, have license to use the trademarked logo’s, products and services.
We also provide free scam reporting and research services to businesses and the public.
in addition, we provide free speaking bureau workshops and presentations on a number of topics for the business community; (Business Scams, Ethical Decision Making and Market Place Reputation). We also hold free or sponsored presentations for the public; (Top 10 Scams in Canada, Identity Fraud, Finding Trustworthy Businesses, Youth Ethics).
