LOAN OFFICER TRAINEE, OR 1 KINDERSLEY SERVICE CENTRE

THE POSITION: Reporting to the Loans Supervisor, this position will have the primary duties of:

* Interviewing members and potential members,
* Analysing loan applications, * Cross-selling the full range of Credit Union products and services,
* Granting and/or recommending consumer and residential mortgage loans.
* Ensuring all loan activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Preferably, you offer grade 12 with some CUIC courses and 1 to 3 years financial experience, with a minimum of 1 year as a Lender; or 5 years financial experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Lender. You possess a proven dedication to providing quality member service and have a thorough understanding of the legal and legislative requirements associated with lending, are required. In addition, you have excellent communication skills and working knowledge of various computer software programs. You also have proven your dedication to providing quality member sales and service, and demonstrate commitment to self-development.
